On the last day of our tour our van was broken in too and much of our gear/personal belongings were stolen. This includes: 30 year old Rhodes Piano Carter’s first guitar that his dad gave him All of our Backpacks with our laptops and iPads 400 t-shirts, hoodies and cds A Nikon camera and lenses and our money bag from the tour. for some reason, the most vocal christians among us never mention the beatitudes. but, often with tears in their eyes, the demand that the ten commandments be posted in public buildings. and of course thats’ moses, not Jesus. I haven’t heard one of them demand that the sermon on the mount, the beatitudes, be posted anywhere.
“blessed are the merciful” in a courtroom?
